While attendees at the AALL Annual Meeting in Minneapolis will be immersed in educational programs and receptions this summer, their families will get the chance to enjoy the city's family-friendly sites and attractions.
The Twin Cities offers an abundance of fun activities and events that families with children of all ages will relish. Amusement parks, zoos, museums, major league baseball, WNBA basketball, recreational activities at dozens of nearby parks and lakes, Minneapolis' Annual Aquatennial Festival and the Minnesota Orchestra's MusicFest are just some of the entertaining options suitable for kids and adults.
AALL members and their families will also have the opportunity to attend the AALL Family Social Hour July 14 during the Annual Meeting. While the children will be enjoying snacks, entertainment and activities, parents will be able to relax and socialize. Everyone who attends will be eligible to win tickets to local museums and other attractions in Minneapolis. Please R.S.V.P. by May 31 by filling out the form on page 42 of the AALL Meeting Preliminary Program or on AALLNET.
