Don't forget to vote in the 2002 AALL Officer and Board Member Elections. The deadline to submit your ballots to AALL Headquarters is April 30.

The Association urges all members to cast their votes and decide which candidates will sit on the Executive Board. Janis L. Johnston of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and Kathie J. Sullivan of Downs Rachlin & Martin PLLC are running for vice president/president-elect. Bridget E. Dacres of Preston Gates & Ellis LLP and Catherine Lemann of the Law Library of Louisiana are running for secretary. Ann T. Fessenden of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit, Sandy Marz of the Washoe County Law Library, Nina Platt of Faegre & Benson LLP, and Leonette Williams of the University of Southern California are vying for two slots on the Executive Board.

The Association mailed new ballots to all AALL members on March 26 after a mailing error occurred with the original ballots. As of April 17, AALL has received 1,822 ballots.

AALL Headquarters must receive the marked ballots by April 30. On May 6, the ballots will be tabulated at Headquarters. The election results will be announced immediately thereafter.
