Spring Issue of Obiter Dicta Available

You can find the Spring 2014 issue of Obiter Dicta here!  Check it out for the latest on what’s going on in SNELLA.  You’ll find the ballot for the 2014-15 SNELLA Board and Committee members, minutes from the January 24th SNELLA Board meeting, CLA legislative meeting minutes from March 6, 2013, info about the annual dinner on June 12th, and info about the SNELLA grant to the 2014 AALL Annual Meeting, as well as a message from the 2013 recipient, Patrick Butler.

Spring 2014 SR-SIS Newsletter Available

The Spring edition of the SR-SIS Newsletter is available!  There is a lot going on in this special interest section.  The Committee on Services to Prisoners is calling for involvement, a new standing committee on disability issues should be coming soon, and they’re gearing up for the annual book drive.  You’ll also find book reviews, a list of annual meeting programs by SR-SIS members, and proposed bylaws revisions (polls open June 2-13).

Spring Issue of FCIL Newsletter Available

The Spring 2014 issue of the FCIL Newsletter is out now!  In it you'll find a really great story by Teresa Miguel-Stearns and Lucie Olejnikova about how the FCIL Schaffer Grant positively impacts the U.S.  You'll also find a review of the ILRIG's program, Connecting the Dots: Visualizing International Law, which was presented at the ILA-ASIL Joint Biennial Conference, a comparison of a free MOOC and a fee-based certificate program for continuing education, and a lot of updates and chapter news.  You can find the newsletter here!
