Airport Service
- Downtown Airporter (DTA) and Scheduled Service - $18 per person each way, $5 round-trip discount; kids 17 and under ride free (one for each paying adult) between Sea-Tac Airport and these select Seattle hotels: Sheraton Seattle, Grand Hyatt, Hilton, Hyatt at Olive 8, Paramount Hotel and the Red Lion Hotel on 5th.
- Share Ride - $33 (each way) for one to two passengers, $10 roundtrip discount; kids 17 and under ride free (one for each paying adult) between Sea-Tac Airport and these select Seattle venues: Homewood Suites Convention Center (Homewood Suites by Hilton) and Mayflower Park Hotel.
- Private sedan, van or coach service also available.
To book your airport shuttle service,
open the reservation portal, complete the online reservation form and print a copy of your confirmation to give to your driver.

Airport Check in Instructions
- From Baggage Claim, cross either skybridge 3 or 4 to the parking garage and go down to the third floor. The Shuttle Express Service Plaza is in the center of the 3rd floor.

- Service from the airport is On Demand – please activate your pre-paid ticket by checking in at the Shuttle Express Guest Service Desk.
Return Trip Instructions
- For your return trip to the airport, make sure you have booked your return trip and have your printed Shuttle Express boarding pass to present to your driver. Our driver will pick you up at the front drive of your hotel and will drop you off at your airline's departure terminal.
