Please join us at the Westin Peachtree Plaza on Tuesday, May 14, 2013 for our final meeting of the year. This will be a momentous occasion. We will elect the new board, provide committee updates, offer a tantalizing menu and hear from American Association of Law Libraries President-Elect Steve Anderson.

Steve Anderson is the Director of the Maryland State Law Library, a position he has held since 2005. Prior to that, he served as Director of Research Services for the Baltimore law firm of Gordon Feinblatt Rothman Hoffberger & Hollander, LLC. From 1995 to 1998, he was an associate librarian at the Baltimore County Circuit Court Library. He holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley, a JD from the University of Maryland School of Law, and an MA in library science from the University of Arizona. He has been active in professional activities throughout his career, and in December 2011, was elected Vice-President/President-Elect of the American Association of Law Libraries. He is a member of the Maryland Access to Justice Commission and the Conference of Maryland Court Law Library Directors.

The cost of the lunch is $15 for students, $20 for members and $25 for non-members. Refer to the menu to see the fantastic fare that will are offering. Paid parking is available on site for the discounted price of $11.00, however, the Peachtree Center Station on the MARTA line is approximately one block from the hotel.
