Archives Committee
Co-Chairs: Judy Lauer and Stephen Weiter
The Archives Committee is charged with storing and maintaining the archives of the Association of Law Libraries of Upstate New York. The Chair of the Archives Committee will be the Archivist.

Constitution and By-Laws Committee
Co-Chairs: Judy Lauer and Betsy Vipperman
Charged with reviewing and revising, when necessary, the ALLUNY Constitution and By-Laws, with an eye toward conforming with AALL. The recommendation is to retain this as a standing committee. The board and officers frequently have questions regarding the current By-Laws and Constitution during their various meetings and require interpretation from this committee chair.

Corporate Sponsors Committee
Co-Chairs: Charles Finger and Stephen Weiter
Responsible for coordination of corporate sponsorship for Annual Meeting events.

Education Committee
Chair: Elaine Knecht
Charged to act as a clearinghouse for program ideas for the Association. This committee will be responsible for planning and presenting workshops when they are desired by the association. It will also coordinate with the Vice-Presidenton annual meeting programs.

Government Relations Committee
Chair: open
Charged with monitoring legislative, regulatory and judicial developments that affect the membership of the Association of Law Libraries of Upstate New York (ALLUNY) and/or the practice of law. This includes, but is not limited to the following areas: freedom of information, privacy/confidentiality, dissemination of government information, New York State Depository Library Program, telecommunications, intellectual property, funding for law libraries located in New York State, and censorship.

Grants Committee
Chair: Laura Suttell
Charged with the responsibility for administering the Ernest H. Breuer Memorial, the Anthony Grech Award and other awards or scholarships presented by the association.

Membership Committee
Chair: Lynn Fullshire
Charged with the responsibility for soliciting and processing new member applications, maintaining current records of ALLUNY members, and generating the annual directory. This committee also provides labels for all association mailings.

Newsletter
Chair: Nancy Babb
Charged with soliciting items for inclusion in the association's newsletter. It also publishes and distributes the association's newsletter four (4) times a year.

Nominations Committee
Chair: Charles Finger
Charged with soliciting the membership for those people interested in filling positions as officers and members of the board, in accordance with the guidelines set forth in the By-Laws.

Public Relations Committee
Chair: Sally Legendre
Charged with publicizing the field of law librarianship and promoting ALLUNY on both the local and national levels.

Vendors Committee
Chair: Timothy C. Hunt
Responsible for coordination and organization of Exhibits area at the Annual Meeting.

Responsible for design, organization and maintenance of the association website
