Special Projects Committee
Purpose
Responsibilities include assisting Executive Board in planning and arranging special events such as fund-raising seminars; continuing education workshops; etc., working on AALL assignments; working on other assignments as needed.
Composition
This committee shall be composed of two to four members. Additional members who have particular background and/or experience for a particular project may be designated.
Duties
To study, evaluate, determine and/or recommend action to the Executive Board upon its request.
Chair
- Coordinates Committee activities and acts as liaison between various special committees and the Executive Board.
- Appoints Committee members to serve as sub-committee chairs.
- Reports Committee activities to the President, Executive Board, and membership regularly.
