Celebrate Earth Day
With Fellow CALL
And SLA-IL Members

CALL is partnering with the Illinois chapter of the SLA to give back to our community by celebrating Earth Day 2005.  On Saturday, April 23rd between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. members from CALL, SLA-IL and their family and friends will work together with Friends of the Parks to clean up Humboldt Park (1400 N. Sacramento Ave. - Chicago).   For more information on Friends of the Park and this event please visit the following sites: http://www.fotp.org and http://www.fotp.org/signature_events/eday.aspx?cat=se&subcat=Null

If you would like to volunteer for this event, please send me an email with your name, the names of any friends and/or family members that will e participating and a phone number you can be reached at.   I will take care of registering everyone.  Plan on meeting our group at Humboldt Park shortly before 9:00 a.m.  I will send out additional information as we get closer to the event.

Also, after the park clean-up there will be an Earth Day celebration between the hours of 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. filled with fun activities for all to enjoy. Please let me know if you have any questions.

Thank you,
-- Katie
