The CoALL Listserv

The CoALL listserv is an electronic news and discussion forum for members of the Colorado Association of Law Libraries. The purposes of this listserv are:

- to communicate news of upcoming CoALL programs and events to its members;

- to distribute recent announcements from the American Association of Law Libraries and Colorado library organizations that might be of interest to CoALL members;

- to discuss issues impacting CoALL; and

- to provide a forum for questions and answers relating to Colorado law libraries and their collections.

- to provide a mechanism for interlibrary loan among Colorado law libraries. Please type (ILL) in the subject line of all posts of this nature.

Advertisements or solicitations from commercial vendors or publishers are NOT welcome.

Messages posted to the list will be automatically distributed to the list subscribers. It is unmoderated, and you must be a subscriber to post messages to the list. Please note that if your e-mail changes, you will need to resubscribe with your new address to be able to post.

HOW TO SUBSCRIBE:

• Visit http://share.aallnet.org/read/all_forums/subscribe?name=coall
• Enter your email address, name, and password, and then click OK.
• You will soon receive an e-mail message asking you to confirm your subscription to the CoALL Listserv. Please reply to the message. If you are a CoALL member, you will receive a message confirming your subscription to the CoALL Listserv.

HOW TO POST MESSAGES TO THE LIST:

Send your messages to coall@aallnet.org

Please include a subject heading, to help your recipients handle and organize their mail. As with all listservs, please don't use confirmation of delivery or reading, if those options are available in your e-mail package, because they can generate lots of unnecessary e-mail traffic on a list. If you are posting an ILL request, please put "ILL" in the subject line.

HOW TO UNSUBSCRIBE:

• Visit http://share.aallnet.org/read/my_account
• Enter your email address and password.
• Click the “My Forums” tab. Deselect "CoALL".

• Click the “My Forums” tab.

There are several subscriber options available, such as postponing your subscription if you are going to be away, changing your password, and receiving listserv messages in digest format.

The CoALL Listserv has archives dating back to Apr. 14, 2003. To view the archives:

• Visit http://share.aallnet.org/read/my_account
• Enter your email address and password.
• Click the “My Forums” tab.
• In the "Forum Name" column, click on "coall".
