Ms Howe has a B.A. in French and
International Studies from Elimira College (NY) and a M.L.S. from
the University of California, Berkeley. She was selected as one of
the Women of Excellence of the Federation of Houston Professional
Women in 1999.

Ms Whitney has ten years of
experience as a law librarian. She received her B.M.E. summa cum
laude from Baylor University, a post-graduate paralegal degree,
attended law school for two years, and is presently enrolled in the
M.L.I.S. program of the University of North Texas.
