Section 1. Purpose of Corporation. The purpose of this corporation
shall be as set forth in its Articles of Incorporation. These By-Laws
specify various matters affecting the operations and governance of the
corporation. Chapter 181 of the Wisconsin Statutes shall control to the
extent applicable with respect to the matters not specifically addressed
in these By-Laws or in the Articles of Incorporation.
Section 2. Fiscal Year. The fiscal year of the corporation shall begin on June 1 and end on May 31.
Section 3. Corporate Seal. The corporation shall have no corporate seal.
