Librarian and Information Technology Specialist

Location: Cook & Franke, S.C. 660 E. Mason St. Milwaukee, WI 53202

Responsible for:

Maintaining materials in law library including budgeting, ordering resource materials and maintaining the library catalog.
Research including location of resource materials and other research assignments as well as training employees in legal research techniques.
Maintaining a variety of databases including the attorney directories, docketing programs and oversight of records and storage.

Education/Experience Required:

Associate degree or equivalent from 2 year college or technical school and 2-4 years related experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience; or a 4 year degree in library or information technology and/or information sciences. The successful candidate should have knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Internet Explorer, Westlaw, Lexis/Nexis and Inmagic DB/Textworks.
