The following are the rules and conditions of participation in the Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin Discussion Forums. By subscribing to and participating in this Discussion Forum, users hereby agree to be bound by and warrant their full compliance with the following terms of participation:

This Discussion Forum is a service provided by the Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin in furtherance of its nonprofit and tax-exempt purposes. This Discussion Forum may be used only by Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin members and only for the purpose of discussing matters related to or arising out of the Law Librarian profession represented by Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin.

Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin accepts no responsibility for the opinions and information posted on this Discussion Forum by others. Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin disclaims all warranties with regard to information posted on this Discussion Forum, whether posted by Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin or others; this disclaimer includes all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness. In no event shall Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages, or damages of any kind whatsoever, resulting from loss of use, data or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information posted on this Discussion Forum.

Law Librarians Association of Wisconsin does not generally monitor this Discussion Forum for inappropriate postings, and does not on its own undertake editorial control of postings.
