Membership Types

Active Officially connected with a law library or with a law collection in any Wisconsin library, or who have had a connection within the past 7 years.
Associate Not connected with a law library or law collection, or who reside outside Wisconsin. Active members may become associate members when they are no longer affiliated with a law library or law collection.
Sustaining Any individual, company, institution, or representative thereof, other than a law library, interested in supporting law librarianship.
Student Any individual currently enrolled in any institution of higher education who has an interest in law librarianship. See the Library School Liaison Program to learn more.


Members can access the current membership directory. Contact the membership chair for login information.

Members can join LLAW's email list to communicate with your colleages via a closed email listserv.

Apply for a grant for a professional development opportunity, such as a class or to attend a conference. Nominate someone for an LLAW award.
