Walk
for Hunger 2006! Once again, LLNE is planning to field a group in Project Bread's Walk for
Hunger on May 7. We are looking for both:
- members and friends who are interested in walking or in helping out as
volunteers
- members who are interested in sponsoring a walker.
Join the LLNE team as a walker, sponsor, or volunteer at the Project Bread site. A 2-page guide including the walk route is also available at the site.
- Did you know that volunteers receive full credit for walking? Even if
walking is not for you, you can raise money as a sponsored volunteer.
Please contact Service Committee co-chairs Andrea Rasmussen or Jennifer
Kessler for more information. |
