What Is an Unconference?
Using eBooks in our libraries: How, why, where? will follow an unconference format. An unconference can take a variety of formats, but the predominant feature is that the participants set the agenda. This can include choosing the topics to be addressed and deciding the schedule of events.
This program will have two elements: (1) collaboration on a survey to be completed during the session, and (2) roundtable discussions on proposed topics of interest. So start thinking about questions you'd like to ask your colleagues about any aspect of eBooks and general eBook topics such as: Licensing and Copyright, Implementation, Upkeep, Customer Interface, Use.
