The American Banking Institute provides a comprehensive web site with a news section providing headlines about bankruptcy from newspapers and press releases. There is an extensive library of bankruptcy court decisions searchable by keyword. A section on legislative news, conferences, and a list of attorneys certified by the American Board of Certification also is available. The site gives you a look at what is covered in the ABI Journal; however you have to be an ABI member to see the full-text of the journal articles.
