The American Banking Institute provides a comprehensive web site with a news section providing headlines about bankruptcy from newspapers and press releases. There is an extensive library of bankruptcy court decisions searchable by keyword. A section on legislative news, conferences, and a list of attorneys certified by the American Board of Certification also is available. The site gives you a look at what is covered in the ABI Journal; however you have to be an ABI member to see the full-text of the journal articles.

Created and maintained by the law offices of Warren E. Agin, this is a good source for the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, Circuit Court and Supreme Court decisions. Although much of the information is geared towards consumer bankruptcy, the site includes many links to other bankruptcy sources.
