The Intellectual
Property Library at Franklin Pierce Law Center has developed an extensive

form. This includes a substantial collection of material donated from
practitioners in the field. This website, the electronic version of
the IP Library, contains a comprehensive collection of links to intellectual
property, including patents, copyright, and trade secrets, and similar
information hosted on the site itself, including moot court briefs.

as well as information on how to file patent and trademark applications,

“new users” page to orient people who have not visited the
site before.

copyright and specific copyright laws and legislation, including testimony
on peer-to-peer networks and database copyright protection. Practical
information regarding registering new works in various formats, including

The AIPLA
is an association of attorneys in intellectual property and related
fields that provides training to its members and the public on intellectual
property issues, and is involved in the creation of public policy. The
association publishes the scholarly APILA Quarterly Journal and materials
from its training sessions. The website includes the full-text of committee
reports, legislative testimony and legislation the association has endorsed,
comments to proposed regulations, amicus briefs, and select educational
publications. The links portion of the page connects to other intellectual
property organizations and primary sources in intellectual property
law.
