DIRT: Listserv for Real Estate Professionals

DIRT receives support from the American Bar Association Section on Real Property, Probate and Trust Law and the University of Missouri, Kansas City, School of Law, but is editorially independent from both groups. The searchable archives and contributed articles and forms are available at the site. “Daily Developments,” which summarize information from the Quarterly Report on Developments in Real Estate Law, are browseable for dates from 1995 through March 2004.
