Annual Meeting Program Proposals
The Education Committee invites program proposals for the 2012 MAALL meeting scheduled for October 25-27, 2012 in St. Louis MO.
The theme for the 2012 meeting is: Cross-Train at the Crossroads: Meet MAALL in St. Louis!
The Education Committee encourages proposals on any cross-training topic of interest to law librarians in any setting. The program sessions may be in a variety of formats including panel discussion, single speaker, or a hands-on activity, but we would like to encourage some kind of active learning in every program. We also encourage programs that are as short as 30 minutes or as long as 75 minutes (up to 90 with break-out sessions).
Please submit your proposal by Friday, May 4, 2012. Submissions received after May 4th may be considered, but primary consideration will be given to those proposals received prior to the submission deadline.
Instructions and program ideas are located in the Call for Proposals. Proposals may be submitted directly to Ted Potter at email@example.com. A template for your proposal is located here. If you have questions about a program proposal or you would like to discuss a program idea, please contact an Education Committee member:
