Annual Fall Dinner (2007)



Dinner choices:

Flat Iron Steak Alforno - Grilled and topped with a melted basil parmesan and garlic crust

Cedar Planked Salmon - Salmon fillet oven-roasted on cedar wood and served with a berry Beurre Blanc

Chicken Dijon - Tender chicken marinated in Dijon mustard sauce and grilled

Crepe Aubergine (vegetarian) - Thinly sliced eggplant stuffed with ricotta, mozzarella, and baked

All the dinners come with a vegetable and rice or mashed potatoes. You will make your dinner and dessert selections at the restaurant.

All dinners include Vineyard House Salad (fresh greens, red onions, walnuts and bleu cheese tossed in cherry vinaigrette), rolls, beverage (wine available for purchase), and dessert (Chocolate Lava Cake or Cheesecake).
