Employment
Employment Chairperson, Ellie Slade continues to post positions from the Southern California region that are of interest to the membership. In addition, Ellie sweeps the internet on a weekly basis culling for new positions to post the chapter's website. This last year the job market for librarians in San Diego has been stagnant, but Ellie is beginning to see new positions slowly appear as members retire.

Nominations
This has been a busy year for the Nominations Committee. In late 2005, we held a special election to replace Margarita Bull who resigned as the Chapter's Vice-President.

We were very lucky this year to have an able and willing group of candidates to run for the 2006/2007 Board. Thank you for volunteering.

Thanks to Betsy Chessler for her assistance on the committee. We would also like to thank Morrison and Foerster for paying for the envelopes and postage for the Board election this spring.

The Nominations Committee is pleased to announce the results of the
election for the 2006-2007 SANDALL Board:

President - Brian Williams
Vice-President - Pat Rusheen
Treasurer - Joshua Jones
Secretary - Tiffany O'Neil
Our thanks to everyone who took the time to cast their ballots.

The Nominations Committee
