PROGRAM

The Preliminary Program lists the Institute speakers and their topics and also provides a schedule for both the Friday and Saturday programs. At the bottom of the first page of the program, you will also find a list of the complete menu options for the Saturday luncheon.

Our Local Arrangements Committee put together a Guide to La Quinta and the surrounding desert communities. It lists restaurants, things to do and see, and places to shop in the area.

A block of rooms has been reserved for our event, with a special room rate of $159 per night. The group block will only be reserved until February 24 or until the block is sold out, whichever comes first. Therefore, we advise that you make your hotel reservation as soon as possible. If you wish to arrive before Friday, March 27 and/or stay until Sunday, March 29, you can reserve your room for additional nights (a limited number of rooms for Thursday and Saturday evenings have been blocked for our event).
