Successful candidate will possess a devotion to customer service, creative thinking, innovation, and team work. This position will require someone with the ability to prioritize and complete multiple projects with varying levels of difficulty.


College degree is required. Three years progressive law library experience is preferred. Any one or combination of MLS, JD, or related MA are highly desirable. Proven proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, SharePoint, and research databases (such as Lexis Advance, WestlawNext, IntelliConnect, BloombergBNA, etc…) is required. Proven ability to work independently or cooperatively is paramount. Professional writing experience is preferred. Competitive intelligence research experience is a plus. Must be able to work extra hours upon request. Must be able to lift boxes of 25 pounds. Must be able to speak in person to professional audiences with as many as 200 attendees.


  • Performs online and print legal and non-legal research and reference for attorneys and other personnel in multiple offices.
  • Creates and maintains access to digital resources in SharePoint.
  • Creates and maintains topic, practice, and KM web pages that combine various content forms sourced from multiple internal and external publishers.
  • Charged with training on access to KM content.
  • Participates in new resource vetting initiatives.
  • Other library related duties as needed and requested.
