Arts On Your Own

After a "down home" dinner on Friday evening,
enjoy some upscale entertainment.
We are calling this activity "Arts on Your Own."

You are invited to attend one of Raleigh's arts venues.

SOME "ARTS ON YOUR OWN" VENUES:

North Carolina Symphony

Where: Meymandi Concert Hall at the Progress Energy Center for the Performing Arts, located on South Street. From the dinner location, you may walk or take the trolley.
When: 8:00 PM
Program: Classical Mystery Tour - A Symphonic Tribute to the Beatles

Featuring original members of the Broadway sensation Beatlemania, these Fab Four musicians look and sound like The Beatles! Hear "Penny Lane" with a live trumpet section; experience the beauty of "Yesterday" with an acoustic guitar and string quartet and enjoy the rock/classical blend on the hard-edged "I Am the Walrus." From early Beatles music on through the solo years, it's the best of The Beatles like you've never heard it before.
