New SWALL Bulletin is available on a temporary website.  Will be added to the AALLNET website.  (It has now been added to the new SWALL chapter website on AALLNET, www.aallnet.org/chapter/swall/) Everyone was asked to take a look at it.  He needs more articles if anyone is interested in writing.  Articles are already available or in the works for New Mexico, Texas, and Colorado legislative updates.  If someone from another state is interested in writing a legislative update or if anyone has a substantive article they would like to write, let him know.
