Taxes are currently 12.07%. An individual credit card guarantee must accompany each reservation. The conference rate is guaranteed until March 29, 2007.

To Register:

1) Option 1: Local Phone

• Call 1-480-897-7444.
• Identify yourself as SWALL ANNUAL CONFERENCE to get the conference rate.

2) Option 2: National Phone

• Call 1-800-EMBASSY
• Tell them you want to make a reservation for the Embassy Suites in Tempe Arizona on Rural Road. They will ask for your dates of arrival and departure.
• Tell them you are with the SWALL ANNUAL CONFERENCE. This will get you the conference rate.

3) Option 3: Online

• Register via the hotel website, www.embassysuitestempe.com.
• Enter your arrival and departure dates.
• The next screen you will see is called “select your reservation details”.
• Under the heading “Special Accounts” there is a box for “Group/Convention Code”.
• Type in SAC to get the SWALL Annual Conference rate.
