Exploring the Next Generation of Information Delivery

Our Web sites provide a portal of information invaluable to our members and visitors. Information delivery that utilizes Blogs and FlashMX components extend the potential functionality of our sites into new areas of information delivery. This workshop will outline these tools and will share easy techniques for their deployment. Our distinguished speakers, Steven C. Perkins, Coordinator of Reference Services at the University of Houston and Jason Rosenberg, Web Developer at Nova Southeastern University Law Center will discuss how they utilize these technologies. The speakers, who have extensive experience implementing these solutions, will share lessons learned, potential challenges to overcome, and strategies for implementation. The workshop will conclude with a "Q&A Session" with Reggie Swanigan , Director of Information Technology at AALL headquarters. The workshop promises to stimulate your mind while challenging your skills. We will also provide breakfast!
