Local Court Rules

Local court rules govern the process of trials and appeals. Local court rules cover civil and criminal procedure; evidence; conduct of attorneys and judges; and other topics.

  1. There is a link to the main “Current Local Rules” page. There is also a link to a “Proposed Local Rules” page, that includes an effective date.
  2. Rules are available in full text in pdf format.
  3. The main page provides a Table of Contents that lists and links to 19 sets of rules.
  4. For each rule set, the list provides both an effective date and a revised date. Effective dates and revision dates are also provided at the bottom of each rule.
  5. The list provides a link to an index that offers another means of accessing the rules.
