Background

The content, navigation, information architecture, layouts, graphics, icons, templates and style sheets of this web site was designed by K. Matthew Dames (2002-04). It is a substantial redesign of the Committee's previous web site.

This site was launched in March 2003.

Software

The following software was used to create this web site.

All software was created for the Microsoft Windows platform, and all testing was done on computers running various editions of the Microsoft Windows operating system.
