Enhance Law Librarianship Education
(Task Force)


Charge and Size

The Task Force will work with library school deans and educators, and with other AALL members, to investigate the need for greater offerings of law-related librarianship courses to library school students. If the Task Force identifies that there is such a need, it shall make recommendations to the Executive Board on how AALL can facilitate the creation and offering of needed courses by various means, including through distance education. The Task Force shall report to the AALL Executive Board by May 1, 1999 on its work, its conclusions, and recommendations for possible continuation of its work.

Size: The Task Force shall consist of four (4) members and the chair.
