SEATTLE AREA FAMILY ACTIVITIES

In addition to the following Seattle area attractions, Enjoy a carnival of fun at this year's AALL Annual Meeting Family Social Hour, Saturday, July 12 from 4:30 - 6:30 PM, where you and your kids will enjoy a professional magic show while snacking on cotton candy and popcorn. Your kids will delight at the prizes they win at the games, throwing beanbags and tossing coins!

Bite of Seattle    (Seattle Center)

For those of you staying a few days longer, this festival is a wonderful but crowded family activity with over 60 restaurants represented plus seven outdoor entertainment stages.

Children's Museum
Located on the first level of the Center House in Seattle Center
$6.00 for children and adults

Hike through a typical Washington forest or drive a child-sized Metro bus in this delightful interactive museum.

City Pass
Seattle City Pass is a six-attraction pass featuring admission to the Woodland Park Zoo, Space Needle, Pacific Science Center, Seattle Aquarium, Argosy Cruises-Seattle Harbor Tour, and the Museum of Flight.
Cost is $35 for adults , $21.50 for youth (4 – 13) and is valid for 9 days from date of purchase.

Pacific Science Center Imax Theaters    (Seattle Center)

The Boeing and Eames theaters show breathtaking IMAX movies and are a nice place to sit down and relax after a busy day at the Seattle Center. The Boeing Imax is the newer of the two theaters with a six story high screen.
