The Mentoring Committee is pleased to sponsor CONELL, the Conference of New Law Librarians, held each year at the American Association of Law Libraries Annual Meeting and Conference. The purpose is to welcome the newer members of the profession to the organization, introduce them to the Association and its leaders, and provide a setting for newer members to become acquainted with each other. Participants will have an opportunity to talk with representatives from AALL's Committees and Special Interest Sections to find out firsthand how to get involved and enjoy the benefits of Association membership. CONELL offers a chance to learn about the Association while meeting new people and having some fun. Afternoon activities include lunch at the Ivar's Salmon House and Deluxe Tour of Seattle, including visits to Hiram Chittenden Locks, Salmon Ladder, Magnolia Bluff, and a driving tour of the waterfront, International District and the famous Pike Place Farmers Market.
The Association gratefully acknowledges West for its support of this program
