REGISTRATION FEES

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

PER-DAY REGISTRATIONS

Per-day Registrations are available for $195 per day and include:

• Admission to that day's educational programs and meetings
• Admission to the exhibit hall (and daily prize drawing entry)
• Admission to the complimentary exhibit hall lunch (with Monday Per-day registration)
• Conference bag and program
• Access to the onsite Career Center
• Access to local library tours for that day's registration (register separately)
• One (1) ticket to the Opening Reception exhibit hall event (with Saturday Per-day registration)
• One (1) ticket to the Thomson Reuters and AALL Member Appreciation Event (with Monday Per-day registration)
• Discounted savings on Association Luncheon ticket (with Tuesday Per-day registration)

PRE-CONFERENCE WORKSHOPS

There are separate fees for all pre-conference workshops and CONELL (Conference of Newer Law Librarians); these will be posted prior to the opening of registration. Space is limited, and the registration deadline is June 17. All workshops are scheduled for Saturday, July 13.

ASSOCIATION EVENT TICKETS

Association Luncheon tickets (for Tuesday, July 16) may be purchased for $25 by July 1 with a Conference or Tuesday Per-Day registration. (Only a limited number of tickets will be available for purchase onsite.)

Additional Opening Reception, Association Luncheon, and Thomson Reuters and AALL Member Appreciation Event tickets for guests may be purchased at the following prices:

An Opening Reception ticket is included with Conference and Saturday Per-Day registrations. A Thomson Reuters and AALL Member Appreciation Event ticket is included with Conference and Monday Per-Day registrations.

REGISTRATION POLICIES

Payment: Registrations received without payment will be held until payment is received.

Refund Policy: Cancellations and refund requests must be made in writing by June 28, 2013. Refunds will be processed less a $75 administration fee. No refunds will be given after June 28, 2013. Refunds will not be given for no-shows. Substitutions are always welcome as long as the original registrant has not already checked in on site.

No Wait-List: All registrations will be processed in the order in which they are received with payment. Once a ticketed workshop or event is fully subscribed, registration will be closed for that workshop or event. Wait-lists will not be maintained. Do not plan on attending a workshop or event unless you receive a confirmation notice that will admit you to the session. If you choose to pay by credit card, your card will be charged only for those sessions for which you receive a confirmed registration. If you make payment by check, your check will be deposited and a refund of the registration fee for the closed event will be mailed after the Annual Meeting.

Cancellation Policy: AALL reserves the right to cancel workshops, programs and events if there is insufficient registration or for any other reason. AALL is not responsible for cancellation charges assessed by airlines or travel agencies, or other losses incurred due to cancellation of workshops, programs and events.

SISTER ORGANIZATIONS IN OTHER COUNTRIES

Members of AALL's sister organizations in countries outside the United States (CALL, BIALL, IALL, ALLA, NZLLA and OSALL) are invited to attend the AALL Annual Meeting and Conference at AALL member-discounted rates. When registering online as a nonmember of AALL, enter the code '88888' in the 'Promotional Code for Partner Associations' box, which will enable AALL Member discounted pricing. If registering by fax or mail, indicate sister organization membership when completing the registration form.
