Special Needs/Medical Assistance

PrintEmail

The American Association of Law Libraries complies with the provisions of the Americans with Disabilities Act as it applies to the segments of the Annual Meeting that are under the direction and control of the Association.

Wireless headsets, sign language interpreters and CART services must be requested in advance by members with special needs. If you have a disability that requires special services or equipment, be sure to indicate this when you register. It is the attendee's responsibility to contact Pam Reisinger, AALL's Director of Meetings, at 312/205.8026 to make arrangements.

Wheelchairs are not available to check-out at the Henry B. Gonzalez Convention Center and must be ordered through an offsite contractor. Contact Pam Reisinger if you require assistance in ordering.  Should you require emergency wheelchair or medical assistance, AALL's First Aid office is located in Room 1109 next to AALL's East Registration area on street level.
