Cinderella's Castle:
The Gateway to Disney's Magic Kingdom

Cinderella's Castle, at the end of Main Street USA, has welcomed visitors to Walt Disney World's Magic Kingdom since Orlando's first major theme park opened in the fall of 1971.  Your visit to the Magic Kingdom begins and ends here, at the entrance to Fantasyland, one of seven different lands - each filled with magical adventures, exciting rides, shows and parades.  Other popular Magic Kingdom attractions include Space Mountain, the Haunted Mansion, Splash Mountain, Peter Pan and Big Thunder Mountain.  Many of the most popular rides have the new Fast Pass system where you pick up a ticket at the attraction and come back at a later "reserved" time --- so no long wait in line.  The Magic Kingdom hosts fantastic parades and nightly fireworks displays, so plan to spend the entire day!  Strollers and locker rentals are available.
