Orlando and Central Florida - VIRTUAL TOUR International Drive - "Avenue of Attractions" Known as "I-Drive" to the locals, this approximately 12 mile long resort corridor is one of Central Florida's most dynamic tourist destinations - Orlando's
Avenue of Attractions. Offering unlimited fun for the entire family, I-Drive is within walking
distance
(or a short drive) to five the world's greatest
theme parks, plus hundreds of
themed restaurants and attractions, water parks, movie theaters, and some of the
best retail shopping in
town, with over 485
designer outlet stores. The Orange County Convention Center and the
conference hotels are located on the southern end of I-Drive. The I-RIDE Trolley system runs daily until 11:30 PM, with stops at the Convention Center and most area hotels, restaurants and entertainment/shopping venues.. This is the fastest and most economical way to explore I-Drive/Universal area. In 1994, the Orlando Police Department established the I-Drive Team of bike officers and civilian crime practitioners, making this one of the safest parts of our city.
