Sea World Orlando is the world's most popular marine adventure park, with "up-close" encounters with killer whales, penguins, sharks, sea lions and more. Few lines and less crowds than other parks, make this a favorite of the locals. In addition to the many shows and animal exhibits, Sea World has several exciting rides like Journey to Atlantis, Terrors of the Deep and the "feature" attraction, Kraken, a monstrous 4,177 foot long, 149 foot high floorless super coaster. Not to be missed is the huge Penguin Encounter, the Shamu Adventure, Sea World's trademark killer whale show. Also recommended is "The Manatees: The Last Generation" exhibit, where you learn about these gentle endangered mammals "up close and personal."
