Access Services Librarian
 
Furman Smith Law Library, www.law.mercer.edu/library, Mercer University, in Macon, Georgia, invites applications for Access Services Librarian.
 
Responsibilities:
Teach a one-credit, first-year legal research course in collaboration with a team of librarians; provide leadership and overall management of Access Services; participate in a rotating reference schedule and the faculty liaison program.
 
Required:
MLS (ALA) and JD (ABA); experience conducting research in a variety of resources; effective interpersonal and communication skills; strong service orientation and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with coworkers, faculty, students, and the bar.
 
Preferred:
Law library experience; supervisory experience; teaching experience.
 
Salary and Benefits:
Commensurate with experience and qualifications.
