* Identify and consult with potential appointees to the Nominations Committee that must be confirmed
by the Executive Board at the Spring Executive Board Meeting
* Contact current committee chairs to get recommendations for vice-chair appointments.
March
* Attend Spring Executive Board Meeting
* Submit the Nominations Committee slate at the Spring Executive Board Meeting as a consent item
* Attend Committee Appointments Meeting, and be prepared with a list of the vice-chair committee
appointment recommendations.
July
* Attend Executive Board Orientation and Executive Board Meetings
* Attend Executive Board meeting held at close of the Annual Meeting when you become the Vice
President
