  1. An information-literate legal professional documents research strategies.


    1. Records all pertinent information for future reference, such as:
      1. resources and methods used,
      2. information considered, and
      3. reasons for selecting or rejecting various authorities or resources.
    2. Understands and utilizes proper citation forms.
