Chapter Council Chair Election
The candidates for Chapter Council Chair are:

A ballot with candidate biographies will follow shortly. Each chapter gets one vote and it is important that each chapter casts a vote.
Please fill out the Chapter VIP form whether or not your chapter will participate in the Chapter VIP Program. The form is due to Kim Rundle at AALL headquarters by May 10.
Annual Meeting Planning
The Audio/Visual reservation form is due on April 15. It can be emailed directly to Vanessa Castillo. Please see the A/V price lists for the Colorado Convention Center and Hyatt Regency. You may find the Guidelines for Ordering Audio/Visual Equipment helpful.
The food and beverage order form is due on May 15. It can be emailed directly to Vanessa Castillo. Please see menus for the Colorado Convention Center and Hyatt Regency.
Remember that Chapters are responsible for all costs of equipment and refreshments.
Reservations for space in the Activities Area of the Exhibit Hall at the Annual Meeting are due on April 15. There is no cost to Chapters for a skirted table and two chairs. If you need signs, a request form will go out to you shortly. There are charges for new signs, so please check to see if your Chapter has had one made in the past. Previously made signs are still available.
Chapter Leadership Training
Incoming Presidents and Vice-Presidents are invited to attend the half day Chapter leadership Training at the Annual meeting in Denver on Saturday, July 10 from 8:00 to 11:30 AM. The Council of Chapter Presidents Business Meeting will follow the Leadership Luncheon, also on July 10 from 1:30 to 2:30 PM. Stay tuned for invitations.
There will be two roundtables for Chapter leaders during the Annual Meeting in Denver.

Treasurer training will be virtual this year.
