AALL and Martindale-Hubbell/LEXIS Publishing Team Up for Technology Toolkit Programs

Martindale-Hubbell/LEXIS Publishing, in conjunction with AALL, is offering TECHNOLOGY TOOLKIT FOR INFORMATION PROFESSIONALS in cities around the nation this spring and fall. This free, day-long program is targeted for law firm librarians with beginning and intermediate experience with technology. Participants will learn to evaluate options, identify costs and benefits, understand the components involved in technology migration, communicate in "tech-speak," and increase their involvement in firm-wide technology decisions and projects.

Programs are slated for Atlanta, Minneapolis, Chicago, Seattle, Los Angeles, Dallas, New York City, and Washington, D.C. Program information and a registration form can be found online at http://infopro.lexis.com. A link from AALLNET is also in the works.
