This full-day AALL Professional Development program will provide librarians with the management tools necessary to perform solo in a legal environment. Judith Siess (President of Information Bridges International, Inc., a consulting firm that provides information services to libraries around the world) is the instructor. Participants will learn techniques to solve management issues specific to solo librarians as well as ways to alleviate the isolation of working solo.
