[Prodev] Question on Mexican Law

Let me ask a question regarding one aspect of Mexican Law. We occassionaly
get questions regarding land claims and other issues involved with owning
property along the Mexican coasts. I have never really found material (at
least in English) that can help.

Short of suggesting an attorney in Mexico, how do others provide either
English tranlations of the law or practice materials, etc.?
