A site that I use on a daily basis is:

Don't be fooled by the site name, this is an excellent, well organized
collection of legal and related links and is not limited to just Texas sites,
but includes all sorts of Federal, State and Foreign law links too. There is
also a very good section of professional links for law librarians on the site.
