ASIL Meeting in Washington

The American Society of International Law will hold its 92nd Annual Meeting in Washington, D.C. this April 1-4, with the theme "The Challenge of Non-State Actors." On Friday, April 3, FCIL-SIS member Marci Hoffman will chair a panel on "The Challenge of Electronic Resources for International Law," with panelists including FCIL-SIS members Gail Partin, Jill Watson, and Anne Burnett, along with John King Gamble, Professor of Political Science and International Law at Pennsylvania State University. Professor Gamble is also the chair of ASIL's Committee on Electronic Technologies. In addition to a variety of programs, highlights for this annual meeting include a Special Opening Event at the U.S. Holocaust Memorial Museum, breakfast and lunch sessions, and the ASIL Annual Dinner and Dance featuring entertainment by ASIL members performing as the "Grotius International Product."
