DESCRIPTION
Group Motto: "Solo Librarians: Building a Network of Support"
The one-person library caucus was formed in 1997 to focus on concerns
of librarians who serve as the sole professional librarian in their
institution or branch. The caucus is interested in sharing best
practices on issues such as time management, vacation coverage, setting
realistic goals, multi-tasking, etc. In addition, the members meet for
support and solidarity at the AALL Annual Meeting.
