  • Summer 2013 "SCCLL News" is now available

    The Summer 2013 issue of SCCLL News is now available. The issue has plenty of news about the section, SCCLL events at the Annual Meeting in Seattle, news from the Southwestern Association of Law Libraries, reports form the Equal Justice Conference, and a review of Public Librarianship: Objectives, Challenges, and Solutions.

  • Silent Auction open for business

    The 2013 SCCLL Silent Auction is open and ready for your browsing and bidding enjoyment! It will be "open" for business until Monday, July 8th at 6:00 pm (EDT). With the exception of items designed as "online only," bidding on these wonderful things, from books to boxes to bags, will resume live at our Breakfast and Business Meeting in Seattle.

  • Donations requested for 2013 SCCLL Silent Auction!!

    SCCLL needs your donations for for this year's SCCLL Silent Auction, which funds grants to attend the AALL Annual Meeting and the Equal Access to Justice Conference.
  • Election results announced

    Vice-Chair/Chair Elect: Maryruth Storer Secretary/Treasurer: Jennifer Murray Member-at-Large: James Durham In addition, the changes to the bylaws were approved.
  • 2013 SCCLL Award Winners Announced

    Congratulations to Marcia Koslov and Judy Meadows (Bethany Ochal Award for Distinguished Service to the Profession) and Richard Zorza (Law Library Advocate Award).
  • 2013 Election Begins April 1

    State Court and County Law Libraries SIS elections begin Monday, April 1, 2013. The candidates' background and personal statements as well as the amendments are available at https://vote.aallnet.org/sis-sccll/ . The election will conducted online and will begin Monday, April 1, 2013.
