Other Recipients
- Christy Ryan, Public Services/Serials Law Librarian from the Taliaferro Savage Library at the University of Tulsa School of Law, received a TS-SIS Education Grant to attend the Intermediate Cataloging for Law Libraries workshop to be held July 19-20, 2002 in Orlando, Florida. In March 2002, Christy attended the Basic Law Cataloging workshop held in Chicago. Her colleagues consider Christy to be a promising law librarian, and believe that "she will attend eagerly, absorb new knowledge readily, and share it and use it upon her return."
- Cindy Buhi, who works in the Washington State Attorney General's Law Library, received a TS-SIS Education Grant to attend the Basic Law Cataloging Workshop held in Chicago, Illinois, March 1-3, 2002.
- Wendy Medvetz, Acquisitions/Serials Librarian at Capital University Law Library, is the first recipient of the TS-SIS Education Grant. Read her report on the New Perspectives in Law Library Acquisitions and Collection Development Workshop she attended at American University School of Law in Washington, D.C., November 2-3, 2001.
